You will receive approval within 24–48 hours.

Do not send items back without authorization.

3️⃣ Prepare Your Package

• Use original packaging if possible
• Include all items inside the box
• Protect fragile items properly
• Include your order number inside

4️⃣ Ship the Item

Drop off the package at your local carrier as indicated in the instructions.

5️⃣ Refund Processing

Once received and inspected, refunds take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
